Our space is a bright and spacious area designed to provide comfort during your stay. With its large windows, the space is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambience. The leaving room features a comfortable seating arrangement, perfect for lounging and enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book. The plush couches an chairs provide ample seating for you and your travel companions, ensuring everyone can find their own cozy spot. We provide dedicated work area with a spacious desk and chair. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the space, ensuring a seamless experience. Our full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up incredible dishes. In addition to the comfort of a King-size bed and a Queen-size beds, our comfortable grey couch can be converted into a queen-size bed. This versatile seating option allows for extra sleeping space, accommodating families with ease. we take pride in maintaining a clean and well-maintained space for our guests. Our dedicated team ensures that the space is spotless and ready for your arrival.

Other Details to Note

Please read carefully to avoid cancellation of reservations and fines. There are surveillance cameras in the common areas and on the exterior of the property for your protection. Strict noise policy after 10PM Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm-8am $500 fine for smoking inside unit (Take it outside please ) No parties or events, no outside visitors, and no overnight guests without prior approval. Any approved additional overnight guests must pay the extra person fee at time of reservation. $125 Pet fee, unless it is a service animal. Please provide documentation for fee to be waived. Makeup removal wipes are provided in the bathroom vanity, please don’t use towels for makeup or tanning product removal. Please clean up any mess that is created, no dirty dishes should be left in the sink. If anything broken or damaged, please notify me so that we can arrange for a replacement of repair.

If you are looking to venture a bit further into different neighborhoods or even downtown, we are just a 2 min walk to the North avenue bus (72) that will get you to Wicker Park and the Damen blue line stop. The North Ave bus takes you directly to the red line. If you take the North bus to the end, you will be dropped off at North Ave beach and the lake front. If you are looking to head to some hot restaurants in Logan Square we are an10 min ride away. We have free street parking available on Pierce Ave, and we will provide parking passes for Karlov Ave. If you bring a car your options are endless and convenient. Uber/Lyft/Curb is also a great option and very accessible. Public transportation just minutes away
